A Night at the Hop – a 1957 Murder Mystery

Dear Friends and Supporters of the Johnson County Kansas Heritage Foundation:

We are excited to present our second fundraising event to provide grant opportunities to affiliate members for projects that help tell and preserve the history of our area. This year we will host a fun and interactive murder mystery dinner party. Dust off your saddle shoes and step back to 1957 to solve the mystery at the sock hop.

As you know, the Johnson County Kansas Heritage Foundation (JCKHF) is a collective body of non-profit organizations, organized for historical and cultural preservation, education and advocacy activities in Johnson County, Kansas. For decades, independently chartered historical associations, societies and preservation groups have functioned by their own resources to preserve the history of Johnson County. Their achievements are proven through historic landmarks and educational programming designed to educate the public and inspire youth of today. Together through the JCKHF, the affiliate members work together for a common goal and purpose to preserve Johnson County Kansas historical and cultural events and histories.

Historical facts do not change, but perceptions, evidence and commentary become relevant for all of us in today’s world. Join us in supporting JCKHF and its affiliate members.
